Elaxer is mobile app technologies and services that enable people to connect with each other, build pin point location wise communities and connections, and grow businesses. We don’t sell your personal data to anyone and we don’t share information that directly identifies you (such as your name, email address or other contact information) with anyone unless you give us specific permission. Instead, we ask our users to tell us their interests based ads which they want to see.

Definitions

Product

Product means the http://www.elaxer.in/ website and the Elaxer mobile application operated by Elaxer communications private limited.

Use of Data

Elaxer uses the collected data for various purposes:
· Email address, First name, and last name, Phone number, SMS access are used for the purpose account creation. It is also used as a security feature in case the password has to be reset.

· Phone Contacts- The phone contacts are used to connect you with the people.Because our services are all about connecting with friends & family, we may — with your permission — collect information from your device’s phonebook. We only need the number and name for this to work and store no other data about your contacts. This information will be helpful to user to see who already using Elaxer and also when you open the 'Invite friends' interface, we display the resulting statistics next to your contacts to give you an idea of who could benefit most from joining Elaxer.

· Location- Your location is exclusively used to connect you with people around based on the model of our application and service. It is also used to send the physical location of your device to Elaxer server which help other users to see you around.Elaxer app needs background location permission to run & Elaxer will never disclose your actual locations to others users excluding you share you geofence in private chat over Elaxer. You over our product with your permission and it's . Your location data is not stored on our servers for more than 3 days & will never share with any third party without your permission.

· Cookies and Usage data are used to track your usage patterns, collect information in order to improve our product. We do not share this data and it is strictly kept secure.

· Storage and File Access and other such services are used to share the files with the users you are communicating. Our services support a wide range of the type of files which include photos, videos, several kinds of documents and other local files. The files sent over are service are encrypted.

Transfer Of Data

If you are located outside India and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to India and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Elaxer will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

When registering, the Member expressly consents to his/her data being transmitted to Elaxer’s service providers and subcontractors outside the European Union, to let Elaxer run statistical studies, support members, and if need be, host data processed by the Application.

Elaxer guarantees that the transfers are made under conditions ensuring the confidentiality and security of the data and providing an adequate level of protection.

Our product does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
